As a therapist, I work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey. I work with all ages but have an expertise with young adults, new mothers and families, and couples. My specialty with my degree allows me to provide individual and family therapies to clients who may be struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, and marital and relationship conflicts. I love meeting and assisting new clients in their journey to overcome struggles and improving their day to day functioning. I am accepting new patients at this time. If you're interested, please reach out with any questions you may have. I will be happy to talk with you!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, you can expect an open and supportive environment while we complete an intake and focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from the process. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward. Together, we will begin identifying goals and outlining a path that feels realistic and tailored to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported while also providing practical tools for meaningful change. I balance empathy with a goal-oriented approach, helping clients better understand their patterns while building skills to improve daily functioning and relationships. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and solution-focused therapy, while also tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I am especially effective in helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of emotional overwhelm with clarity and confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with young adults navigating life transitions, including career changes, relationship challenges, and improving self-esteem in every day life. I also enjoy working with women who are growing their families, including those in the perinatal and postpartum stages. Additionally, I work with couples who are experiencing conflict or disconnection, helping them improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship.
