Hello! My name is Ms. Tammy Carson and I am a board-certified Psychotherapist. I am originally from Boston Massachusetts. In my younger years I traveled and worked in many states in a corporate yet still helping role as a business analyst and functioned as a project manager too in South Africa Johannesburg.
I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts and Florida. I attended a Christian college for my undergraduate degree at Eastern Nazarene a college affiliated through the church of the Nazarene. The social work department at the college mirrored and was taught social work through a Christian perspective and philosophies taken from the stories of the bible. I completed my graduate degree at Simmons School of Social Work in Boston Massachusetts, getting an MSW, and an Urban Leadership certificate.
I have been licensed and doing psychotherapy since 2013. My last job before doing psychotherapy full time was working in an emergency room alongside psychiatric residents doing crisis evaluations, advocating for all populations to get them the proper level of care needed.
I like to think in psychotherapy session’s that, “I meet people where they are at in life”, and take it from there. I am an empath and proud of it. I'm a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges such as substance abuse, trauma, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I work with adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, and I provide a supportive space to explore new ways of thinking and coping. My goal is to help you build healthier habits, strengthen connections, and create lasting and meaningful change.
I’m passionate about walking with people as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery—especially those in communities that have often been overlooked or underserved. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a variety of roles: school teacher, parole officer, child protective services investigator, state benefits worker, and therapy aide for individuals with brain injuries. Each experience deepened my understanding of resilience, empathy, and the importance of community connection.
In our work together, no concern is “too small.” This is your space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you sort through the things that matter most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll work together to explore your strengths, challenges, and goals, at a pace that feels right for you.
My counseling style is flexible and eclectic, pulling from different therapeutic approaches to fit your needs. Whether we’re focusing on reflection, problem-solving, or new ways of coping, the goal is to create a plan that feels authentic and useful to you. I consider it an honor to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you along the way.
I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic stress, and health-related concerns. My approach is warm, compassionate, and integrative. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted—not judged or placed into a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
I draw from psychodynamic, relational, cognitive, solution-focused, and coaching approaches, as well as my background in health coaching and nervous-system regulation. Rather than relying on one particular method, I tailor our work to you: your personality, your history, your goals, and what you need at this point in your life.
I’m especially interested in helping people understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while also developing practical tools for creating meaningful change. My goal is not simply to help you “fix” a problem, but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, feel more emotionally grounded, and create a life and relationships that feel more aligned with who you are.
For clients working with me in person, I may also incorporate neurofeedback or BAUD (Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device) therapy when appropriate. These brain-based approaches can complement traditional talk therapy and may be helpful for nervous-system regulation, anxiety, and reducing the emotional intensity associated with difficult or traumatic memories. I see these tools as another way to support the therapeutic process—not a replacement for the relationship and deeper work that happens in therapy.

Hi, I'm Keri — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Stories of Healing, LLC. I work with children as young as five through adults, offering individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth throughout Florida. My approach, Healing with Purpose, is an integrative framework that brings together Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy with the timeless structure of the hero's journey — helping you understand your story, identify what's driving your patterns, and build a clear path forward. I welcome clients of all backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, dual diagnosis, identity challenges, and relationship concerns.
Welcome and I'm glad you are here! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about making a difference. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like yourself—especially during major life transitions—you’re not alone. I work with adults, couples, and families with a special focus on navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, postpartum changes, and relationship challenges.
I also help clients with boundary setting, narcissistic family dynamics and marital conflict, anger management, and building self-esteem. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more confident and in control of your life.
I didn’t become a therapist because I believed life should be perfect—I became a therapist because I know how complex, messy, and deeply human life can be.
Over the years, I’ve sat with many people navigating anxiety, overwhelming life transitions, relationship struggles, and the quiet pressure to “hold it all together.” My goal in therapy is to create a space where you don’t have to do that alone. A space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.
My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen and understood. I often work with adults who feel stretched between responsibilities, expectations, and their own emotional needs. I also have a special place in my heart for supporting women and mothers as they move through pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the many emotional layers of parenthood.
In our work together, I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, while also focusing on practical tools that help regulate the nervous system and create meaningful change in everyday life. Therapy with me is collaborative—we work together to understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and help you move toward the life you want to build.
I founded my practice with the intention of creating a space that feels warm, supportive, and human. A place where both clients and clinicians can feel safe to grow, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Outside of my work, I value time with my family, creativity, and designing environments that feel calm, comforting, and restorative—because I believe the spaces we create, both internally and externally, play an important role in healing.

As the wife of a physician and someone who has worked closely with RNs, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, I understand firsthand how emotional exhaustion and constant pressure can take a toll. I’m especially passionate about helping healthcare providers heal from compassion fatigue. I am a laid-back therapist, so it’s not unusual for me to wear jeans or sandals at the office. I have lived experience with mental health personally.
Hello, I am Fabiola Desire. Thank you for choosing me and you are in great hands! The reason I choose to be in this is field is that my Haitian grandmother taught to me to see the good in people and show compassion to others. I have provided a safe place you to share the most sensitive moments in your life. Therapy can be difficult as we discussed vulnerable and sensitive events they may have happened in your life. Clients have been able to share the most difficult events in their lives with me. I provide support, comfortable and safe place for you to share your life.

Healing is a gift to pass down to your generations, and it transforms into emotional wealth. I look forward to hearing from you!
From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others and found deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in people’s lives. Raised in an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military as a way to pursue my education and create new opportunities for myself.
During my time in the military, I relocated frequently and had the privilege of connecting with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems. These experiences shaped my understanding of how our differences enrich us, while also recognizing how they can create internal struggles, relational challenges, and emotional stress.
This perspective led me to pursue a career in social work. Today, I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care and supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change—one person at a time.
It is so hard to try to tell your life story to a stranger, but just know I'm here to help you find the strength you thought you lost but is just hiding deep in you. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.

I obtained my Master's Degree from Columbia University in Social Work and have been a licensed clinician for nine years. I work with clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, self esteem, life transitions, trauma, substance misuse, psychosis, mood disorders, to name a few. My goal as a therapist is to always meet the client where they are; to provide a space where the client is heard and validated; to provide guidance, empathy, and support to allow the client to build on their own strengths to in turn process and overcome their life challenges.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor doing virtual therapy in Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I offer Christian therapy and am a trauma therapist trained in techniques to work with wonderful people who face challenges that keep them from reaching their maximum potential. If your struggling in your home life, career, school, or in relationships. Oftentimes, feelings of being alone can result in high levels of anxiety; trauma responses, low self-worth, and emotional fatigue. These feelings can lead to many other issues that can take a toll on your mood, career, and relationships in a safe and supportive environment. I can help you to move forward!
My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it.
I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms. EMDR allows us to work at the root level and utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy with CBT and DBT. Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies provide practical tools for navigating daily life such as, mindfulness practices and working to defeat cognitive distortions that impact our relationships. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully, adapting the work to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients often describe my style as direct, solution focused, collaborative, and grounded. The bond that is created between us is the most important, and I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both safe, person centered and honest—where insight leads to action, and healing is something we actively build together.
Change is hard, but when it’s needed, you feel it. Marital strain, career dissatisfaction, or lingering pain from the past can leave you feeling stuck, even when you know something has to shift. Taking those first steps toward change can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to gain clarity, process emotions, and reconnect with your sense of purpose. Healing becomes possible when you have an empathetic and attuned witness to your story; someone who helps you uncover insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and find new ways forward.
I’ve worked in a variety of settings as a counselor, educator, and clinical supervisor, and I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, emotioanlly-focused, practical, and rooted in respect for each person’s unique journey.
If you’re ready to do the inner work; to feel more grounded, balanced, connected, and fulfilled- therapy can help you get there. Prioritize yourself. This is your moment for growth.
