I like to start therapy by building a strong therapeutic alliance; truly getting to know my client's story and validating their experience. I like to help my client recognize the role their past may be playing in their present moment, but also help them learn this does not dictate their future. We can work together to set goals and identify the struggles you want to overcome. My goal is to help you make changes that will last and provide skills you can universalize to new difficulties you might face throughout life.
I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, stress, self-issues, mood disorders, trauma, negative thinking, career changes, and adjustment issues. My approach is a blend of evidence-based therapies and my unique ability to genuinely connect with clients and accurately understand their thought processes. My collaborative approach will help you reach your goals and utilize interventions that best suit your needs.
