I help people between the ages 18 and 90 year old struggling with daily life stressors and difficulties to better manage mental health issues. I have been trained in trauma informed care, and I am a certified clinical trauma professional. I have experience in working with adolescents, young adults, and families with a variety of mental health issues. I also have experience advocating and working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumas.
