My name is Joyel Searight and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I'm a Florida Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. I specialize in working with woman and young adults who struggle with low self-esteem, depression and life transitions. I am empathetic and a great listener. I will meet you where you are in this stage of your life. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution focused therapy.
Clients during the first session can expect rapport building and me giving them the chance to share their Why for reaching out for therapy.
I am a great listener, advocator and down to earth and I have had life experiences in which I have been depressed and felt low and have come out on the other side.
I am best positioned to serve women that have dealt with a lot in their life and want to get unstuck and learn how to move forward.

Ms. Joyel is the best! I hated going to therapy before connecting with her but I’m so glad to have found her. She has helped me tremendously through life’s many problems. I feel safe with her and I can tell her anything without being judged. 10000000/10 would recommend.
I have been utilizing CBT my entire career. I assist clients with how their thoughts feelings and actions are all interconnected.
