Hello! I'm Vincent and at Untangling Minds LLC I believe in empowering and supporting you through anything life may throw your way. You are the expert of your own life and I will ensure that you have the tools to work through whatever struggles may arise. Therapy is hard work and it is very important that clients see the benefits of their dedication.
There is so much to explore and in our first session, we can begin to focus on what has brought you into therapy. Creating strong goals that you would like to work toward will be discussed in our first few sessions.
Issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and addiction have been a major focus of my clinical work. I have found that my clients working through life changes (both major and minor) have benefited from therapy. Addressing specific issues including grief and loss have also been a large area of practice for myself. We are all different and unique and therapy is no different. I will work my hardest to ensure that the therapeutic techniques are tailored to your specific needs.
Working with members of the LGBTQ+ community has been an area of focus for me. I have also worked in depth with people who are struggling with addiction.
