In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a relaxed conversation where you can share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll spend time getting to know you, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping for. I'll ask a few questions, listen closely and make sure you feel comfortable and understood. If this is your first time in therapy, it’s completely okay to feel nervous. Many people leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded. This is the start of a collaborative process where your voice, strengths, and growth truly matter.

I help break things down in a way that makes sense, so you’re not just talking about your struggles but also learning how to handle them in real life. I bring authenticity and integrity into every session. I only use approaches I truly believe in and have used myself, which helps build trust and confidence in the process. Together, we focus on turning insight into action, learning skills you can practice outside of sessions and seeing real progress over time. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I support you in building emotional awareness, regulation, and self-compassion. My goal is for therapy to feel empowering, supportive, and useful so you leave sessions feeling more capable, confident, and in control.
