New to Grow
Having been trained to the highest level in several Healing modalities and spending over 2 decades solving a wide range of emotional experiences resulting from life stressors and /or traumatic events, I value creative, out of the box solutions that serve to uplift people from emotional suffering. I'm also a lover of continued learning in the art of communication. In addition to my private practice I continue to teach as an associate trainer for the Institute of Rapid Resolution Therapy , and provide consulting services to agencies that treat individuals that struggle with substance abuse.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I don't have a minimum number of meetings because I want you to a) get better quickly and experience clarity b) know within one meeting if you would like to continue, and have autonomy every step of the way.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach blends story telling , guided imagery, neuroscience, somatic awareness and direct subconscious communication to create lasting change- without prolonged of emotional distress nor endless revisiting of past distressing memories. My clients often report feeling lighter, freer and surprised that issues that have weighed them down for years is simply " cleared ".

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I tend to be strength based and internally resource directed. I also utilized elements of ART ( Accelerated Resolution Therapy ) Art is an evidence based cognitive psychotherapy that may foster rapid resolution when addressing wide range of issues.
