I have 15 plus years of experience working in the mental health field and have worked with a variety of populations and mental health issues.

With a background in both psychology and health science (earning a double major Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with concentrations in Social and Behavioral and Biological Health Science from the University of South Florida), I integrate a holistic understanding of mental, social, and physical well-being into my therapeutic practice.

Hello my name is Larry and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an Ordained Minister, and a retired Marine. I take a holistic approach to therapy. I incorporate Biblical counseling for those clients who prefer to have those types of services. I also do art therapy. Art has its own ways of helping clients to express their feelings and emotions. Communicating without words is a powerful healing process.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2018, in settings from inpatient psychiatric units, inpatient and outpatient settings for substance use, and holistic private practice. I hold additional certifications in trauma therapy modalities and am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I am passionate about working with individuals to heal and live a life that feels meaningful to them.

I work with adults via telehealth and specialize in helping people manage and work through chronic mental illness.
