Dr. McKayle later pursue her Doctoral Degree at Argosy University and later transferred to the International University for Graduate Studies where she was successful in obtaining her Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) with a major in Behavioral Science, Dr. McKayle worked in a number of Mental Health Agencies as well as Dade County Public school System as a Counselor for with children with Severe Emotional Disabilities and other behavioral disorders in the Middle and High School department. Dr McKayle later went on to work as a Treatment Counselor with the Broward Sheriff Department in-custody Drug Treatment Program and later in the Drug Court Outpatient Treatment Program. Dr. McKayle also provides supervision for Mental Health Intern, as a Qualify State Supervisor for the State of Florida. Dr McKayle is a member of the American Counseling Association ( ACA) and The Association for Addiction Professional (NAADAC). Dr. McKayle is dedicated to working with individuals with emotional problems and substance abuse, by utilizing positive interventions designed to address the needs of the client that will prevent successful adjustment to life.

Michelle Pereira is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a United States Navy veteran. She was born and raised in Brazil, although lived most of her life in the United States. Michelle has traveled the world and loves learning about different cultures. Michelle has worked with various mental health communities and mental health disorders and she offers highly individualized therapy to assist with every client's needs. For many years, Michelle has assisted adolescents and young adults with career, business development and education. Michelle has assisted healthcare providers dealing with burnout, first responders and veterans/military personnel dealing with trauma, work-life balance and family issues. I am a committed Christian. My wife and I have been married for over 30 years during which we successfully raised three children. I am a US Air Force veteran (23 years), a retired DoD Civil Service veteran (15 years), and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for 10 years. I have lived in the Clearwater area for 20+ years. I have a lot of experience working with clients struggling with addiction (residential, IOP, private practice). Plus I have successfully helped many clients sort out mental health distress associated with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

Hello! I am an LCSW based in Florida; although I was recently living in Australia for 21 years, where I practiced there as a licensed clinician for more than ten years.
