Feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained from life’s anxieties? I can help. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor motivated by empathy and a desire to educate, encourage, and strengthen individuals, children/adolescents, and families initiate change and a brighter perspective. I received a Master of Arts in Human Services: Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University. With over 7 years of work experience in behavioral and mental health. I successfully utilize creativity while working with children/teens, adults, and families with an array of mental health concerns and needs. My invaluable experience includes, but is not limited to ADHD, depression, anxiety, and stress management. I am here to create a safe place for each client to find strength, regulate emotions, and change behaviors.

I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents with trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment, behavioral challenges, and anger management. I have years of experience working with adults and families of diverse demographics struggling with childhood trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, psychosis, relationships, and family issues. Therapy does not have to be difficult. I practice without judgement and want my clients to feel validated while working through life’s most difficulties challenges.
