New clients continue care with this provider

Are you feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, not good enough or like you have your back up against a wall? Or maybe you are feeling as though your past won’t let you break free so you can start to feel alive again. You want relief, and to silence the noise around you for good! You are not alone and I am here to help! I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma break free from their past so that they can go from surviving to thriving. My goal for my clients is to inspire them to overcome challenges, develop resilience and reclaim peace for their life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session my top priority is building trust and rapport with my client’s while providing them with a safe, authentic and nonjudgmental space where they can feel at ease and be seen, heard, understood, validated and empowered. Therapy should be a place where you can unravel your most intimate thoughts and feelings without feeling judged. My client's and I continuously collaborate throughout the therapeutic process on their goals and their desired outcomes for themselves so they can be the most successful on their healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist is that I am an active listener and genuinely care about helping you get to where you want to be in life. My goal is to help my clients see themselves flourish into someone they never thought was possible and to help them move past challenges that seemed too hard to face. I help my client's challenge change and break through barriers. Together we can navigate life's hardest moments and find strength on the other side.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma. I also have a significant amount of experience in addiction, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, co-dependency and relationship difficulties. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and committed to change, ready to develop personal growth and willing to lean into discomfort along their healing journey. Therapy is a collaborative effort in helping my client’s reach their full potential and desired goals that they have set out for themselves.
