Hello!
Do you ever feel like "you are losing your mind" or "going crazy"? Do you feel like you want to share your feelings with someone but are scared or ashamed, or feeling like you should be able to "fix" your problems?
Well, I think most people feel this way from time to time and it helps to have an objective, non-judgemental person to talk with.
I am that person. I have been a psychotherapist for over 30 years and love to help people become the healthiest and happiest person that they can be. And, I would love to help you explore your issues in a safe and comfortable manner.
Whatever issues you have, be it anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse, addiction, I am here to help you overcome what is keeping you from being the person that you want to be.

Life is complicated enough—and it doesn’t come with a manual. But therapy can be a space where we begin drafting one, together. My goal is to help you live more authentically, compassionately, and in better company with yourself, one step at a time.
My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and existential therapy to meet you where you are. I’m a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, client-centered therapist who takes a holistic view of healing.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2021, I obtained my post-graduate license to practice social work in 2024. I have experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. Together, we’ll build a strong therapeutic alliance, identify unhelpful thought patterns and core beliefs, and work toward sustainable, meaningful change.
I believe healing is deeply personal, and no two journeys look the same. As Carl Sagan once said: "I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way."
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience providing psychotherapy to both adults and children. My clinical background includes working with individuals and families facing substance use disorders, mood disorders, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
I take a solution-focused and collaborative approach, helping clients identify challenges and implement practical strategies for positive change. In addition, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to expand treatment options and support long-term growth.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to achieve their goals.

Hi, I’m a therapist who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical to be effective. I help people sort through stress, self-doubt, relationship tension, and life transitions—with clarity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. My clients often tell me they chose me because I feel relatable and real, and because I’m not afraid to laugh with them even when things are tough.

Hi! I am Luis Gonzales, a licensed mental health counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor working out of the Tampa area. Having gone through a tragic life altering experience at a young age, I know what it’s like to feel lost and hopeless about the future. When I was 21 I suffered a spinal cord injury that left me paralyzed and wheelchair-bound. Through my journey of recovery I learned firsthand, just how much our thoughts and emotions can become our biggest obstacles in life.
Early on I experienced an unwavering passion to help others. This deep-seated desire led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. My aspirations didn't stop there. Upon venturing into the social service field I gained a strong interest in working with deviant youth, giving me the motivation to complete a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, along with a Master's in Social Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice. After attaining four college degrees, I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. For over 8 years, I have dedicated myself to serving the community and gaining invaluable experience along the way. I have acquired educational, professional, and personal experiences which help guide others on their healing journey, overcoming trauma, cultivating emotional stability, and addressing psychological distress.
The utmost focus is to extend a helping hand to those grappling with anxiety, family conflicts, depression, and ADHD. By having a down-to-earth demeanor, and professional expertise with a genuine yet compassionate nature; the aim is to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where you can explore your inner strengths, discover resilience, and embrace personal growth.
Hello and welcome to your mental health therapy journey. You’re about to embark on a meaningful path of self-discovery, growth, and healing. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. Long before I earned my credentials, I have always felt I was a counselor. Formal training only deepened my understanding and sharpened my skills.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a storyteller at heart and a collector of hobbies many of which involve craft projects I’ve enthusiastically started (and occasionally forgotten). I bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion into my practice, and I look forward to supporting you as you explore what it means to thrive.

Hi, I'm David Hobbs. I’ve been practicing as a licensed psychologist for more than 25 years, primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy as an effective tool to treat anxiety and depression. As these can be emotionally debilitating conditions, addressing these issues can improve one’s sense of well-being, and thus their lives in general, dramatically. For the past 5 years, I have incorporated spirituality into my treatment regimen, thus addressing that aspect of one's personality in relation to improving their overall sense of emotional well-being. I have recently authored a book, "God is Love, Revelations From Spiritually Transformative Experiences," to help enlighten others who have questions about God and spirituality, and incorporate these lessons into their everyday lives.
As a licensed therapist in Colorado, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My approach centers on helping clients address challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. With extensive experience working with adults, I'm particularly skilled at supporting those struggling with mood disorders, social anxiety, chronic health conditions, and personal growth obstacles.
My therapeutic practice draws from evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs. I focus on creating a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop meaningful coping strategies, and work towards personal empowerment. Whether you're managing stress, seeking clarity about life purpose, or working through interpersonal challenges, I'm committed to walking alongside you with genuine understanding and professional guidance.

You do not have to stay stuck in the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that are holding you back. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood as you work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
I practice Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is already working and helps identify the resources and abilities you may not yet recognize in yourself. Hello I’m Hazel,
Are you struggling with past trauma, self esteem, anxiety, depression, grief or even relationships? Is your mental health affecting your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to practice self care and self compassion?
I can help you manage stress, anxiety, fears and more. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate CBT and mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice and I'm here to help you throughout your journey. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hurdles.
My mission is to inspire others to live their purpose. For over 30 years, I have counseled individuals, couples and families with their relationships. The #1 relationship problem goes beyond communication. It is learning to resolve conflict and becoming stronger through it. It is about accepting differences as different and not wrong. Whether you just want a stronger relationship or you are in a crisis and do not know which way to turn, the only thing holding you back holding right now is probably fear. Ask yourself: What would love do?
It is important for us to have conscious relationships so that our children will have a better chance of being successful in their own relationships. Otherwise we will watch them repeat our mistakes.
Do it for you; do it for them.
My education is in psychology, counseling psychology, spirituality and hundreds if not thousands of hours in continuing education on multiple additional topics.

I have been a therapist for the past 30 years. I have worked in numerous therapeutic environments that have provided me with a wealth of experience that allows me to work with an array of different clients. I am the type of therapist that provides a safe and comfortable environment where the person can be their authentic self. I have conversations with my clients that help them address their issues. I provide a safe space that creates an opportunity to explore the person's issue. My therapeutic personal style is to be curious and ask many questions so that the person can look at themselves and their issues more closely.

While I have not lived every situation my clients face, I have experienced many of life's challenges myself, allowing me to offer both professional guidance and genuine understanding. Even when life does not unfold as planned, there is no reason to face those struggles alone.
To ensure clients receive the most appropriate care, my practice is generally not the best fit for individuals whose primary concerns involve major depressive disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, or other conditions requiring more specialized or intensive treatment. I am also not meeting with couples currently, as I have found that couples are best served with in-person sessions. In those situations, I encourage clients to work with clinicians whose practices are specifically focused on those needs.
