I help clients feel comfortable during a first session in getting to know me as a person of warmth and knowledge who will value them and help them feel comfortable confiding what's bothering them to me.

I am a good listener and will give you a lot of unconditional support while suggesting ways to solve the problem you’ve come into therapy for. I am kind, gentle, yet persistent in working through the rough for blind spots that are keeping you stuck.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I will work to help you feel comfortable with me and confident in our ability to help you reach your goals. Once anxiety and depression are relieved somewhat, it is much easier to gain the clarity to move forward and progress. My goal is to help you resolve the issue you are coming into therapy for and feel competent to handle it on your own when you no longer need therapy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have greatly benefited clients who don't understand why they're feeling so depressed or anxious. I gradually introduce them to parts of themselves they were not aware of and help them identify parts of themselves that have been hurt. I help them heal the hurt parts. I have had much success with traumatized patients who did not know they were traumatized until therapy.
