New to Grow
Hi, I’m Kristy, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure, judgment, or having to carry everything alone. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, grief, infertility, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotionally heavy seasons, with a special passion for supporting women through loss and identity shifts. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more like yourself again.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and you do not need to have everything figured out before your first session. Our first meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what has been weighing on you, and explore what support you are looking for. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood from the very beginning.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a warm, genuine, and supportive space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves. I have a strong passion for helping clients navigate emotionally heavy seasons, especially when anxiety, grief, loss, infertility, or major life transitions leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. My approach combines compassion with practical tools to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and move through life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I am best positioned to support adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves as they navigate life’s challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with anxiety, grief, relationship stress, infertility, life transitions, or emotionally heavy seasons that leave them feeling unsure of how to move forward. I work especially well with women who are looking for a supportive space to process loss, manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier ways of coping.
