My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a mental health counselor with a MS in Applied Psychology and trained to treat co-occurring diagnoses.  Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology. I have ten years of experience as a mental health professional working with individuals trying to overcome severe trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and self-harm/suicidal ideation. Additionally, I have extensive training in comprehensive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and exposure/response prevention. I offer compassionate, collaborative, and caring support throughout the healing process, fostering a safe environment where clients can comfortably explore challenging issues. My approach centers on tailoring every aspect of treatment to meet each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve. I am a firm believer that therapy is what you need it to be.
