New to Grow
I am a warm, energetic, and down-to-earth therapist who values creating a space where clients feel both supported and empowered. My background includes working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In addition to traditional therapy, I am certified in yoga, energy work, and Florida family court mediation, allowing me to offer a more holistic perspective. I am especially passionate about helping couples restore balance and connection, as well as guiding individuals through meaningful life changes. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, non-judgmental space. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, clarify what you’d like to change, and begin outlining a path forward that feels realistic and aligned with your goals. We'll also talk about your family and relationship history to see if we can identify any patterns from the past that may be arriving in your present challenges as well. I prioritize making sessions feel conversational and approachable while still being purposeful and productive. You can expect to walk away with initial insights and at least one practical tool to start using right away! Most importantly, you’ll leave with a sense that change is not only possible, but already in motion.
My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in helping you create real, lasting change. I work at the intersection of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to help you understand patterns and shift what’s no longer working. Sessions are active and engaging, blending evidence-based tools with practical strategies you can apply immediately in your daily life. I strive to find a balance between depth and forward movement so you leave each session with both insight, opportunities for reflection, and direction outside of session.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I approach therapy from a behavioral lens which allows for us to identify which thoughts, feelings or behaviors are unwanted. We explore the core beliefs they are tied to and work towards creating a roadmap to practicing reframing these thoughts or behaviors outside of session to make meaningful change.
