I’m Jennifer Haynes, LMHC, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Florida Qualified Supervisor (LMHC). I provide a supportive, structured, and skills-based therapy experience for individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or caught in repeating relationship and life patterns. My approach blends trauma-informed care, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills, and neuroscience-informed psychotherapy to help clients build emotional stability, improve communication and boundaries, reduce reactivity, and strengthen self-trust. Therapy with me is practical and goal-directed—focused on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and giving you tools you can use in everyday life. I have advanced training and certifications in trauma treatment, DBT, anger management, advanced grief counseling, parent training, neuropsychotherapy, mental health and nutrition, and personality disorder treatment. I also bring a neurocriminology-informed lens that supports deeper understanding of behavior patterns, risk factors, and sustainable change. Clients often come to me for support with trauma and triggers, anxiety and emotional dysregulation, grief and life transitions, relationship conflict, anger and irritability, identity and self-esteem concerns, and parenting or family stress. I work collaboratively and at your pace—balancing compassion with accountability—so you can feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your life. I offer individual therapy, closed group therapy (5–8 members), and therapy intensives for focused, accelerated progress. I also provide clinical supervision for Florida LMHC Registered Interns. If you’re ready for therapy that’s both supportive and structured, I’d be honored to help.
