Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and I offer online therapy for adults and children who are feeling stressed, anxious, down, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. I’m Hispanic, fluent in both English and Spanish, and I care deeply about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported—just as you are. I work with people from all backgrounds who are going through a wide range of challenges—like anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, anger, and shame. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, let go of what’s not helping, and find new ways to feel more at peace and more connected to what matters most to you. Therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming or confusing. It’s a space for you to feel seen, supported, and to grow at your own pace. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to walk with you.
Before our first session, I’ll send you a few brief assessment forms to complete. This gives me a chance to learn a little about you ahead of time so we can make the most of our time together. During the session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what you can expect from the process. I’ll also answer any questions you have so you feel informed and at ease. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll go at your pace. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and comfortable from the start.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is the range of experience I bring to our work together. I’ve spent over five years supporting individuals in both hospital and outpatient mental health settings, which has taught me how to meet people in some of their most challenging moments with care and understanding. I’m also bilingual, offering therapy in both English and Spanish, so clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural to them. Above all, I take my time to truly connect with each person I work with. I believe that healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and supported—and that’s what I aim to offer in every session.
