I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in substance abuse. For the past three years, I have helped adult individuals heal from mental health and substance abuse issues, utilizing a multifaceted approach to have therapy meet your individual needs. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Addictions Counseling, and trauma. I have experience in depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I see therapy as a collaborative process to guide you to greater self-awareness, trust, and sense of meaning. My approach focuses on self-love, learning how to heal through traumatic and difficult experiences to find strength and resilience. I use an interpersonal, non-judgmental approach to provide you with the foundation to create a stable and sustainable life. My goal is to help empower you to manage difficult emotions, find purpose and passion, in order for you to live a life aligned with your personal goals. If you are feeling stuck in your relationship, in your interpersonal life, let’s work together to help you heal and find the answers you are searching for.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that you possess an incredible capacity for deep growth and healing. I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore the challenges that stem from anxiety, stress, trauma, and more. It's common to feel like something's missing, or that you're not quite good enough – constantly thinking happiness depends on getting "this" or waiting for "that." But this kind of thinking often leaves us on the receiving end of life, instead of actively shaping it.

I was born and raised in North Texas, where I studied Social Work at a bachelors and masters level. I started working in the mental health space in 2022, and had had the privilege of serving my community in a wide variety of roles before I eventually became a therapist. My passion for this work is constantly reaffirmed by having countless experiences with clients who demonstrate their ability to address and overcome life stressors, distressing, or traumatic experiences to begin their journey towards fulfillment.
I specialize in treating clients who struggle with suicidal ideation, thoughts of self harm, clients experiencing depression, and clients who have experienced trauma. I work with adults aged 18-72.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in Northern Colorado. My journey began in 2002, working as a substance use/detox/dual diagnosis program for several years. I've worked the last 17 years in a county jail as a counselor and the last couple of years as a supervisor. Much of my experience has been related to working with clients in crisis. I’m Niambi Bloom, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, milspouse, mom of two, and dog mom.
I earned my BA in Psychology from New York University and went on to complete my MSSW at Columbia University, focusing on Clinical Social Work in Health, Mental Health, and Disabilities. Over the years, I’ve worked in crisis settings, supported families as a birth doula, and taught cultural competency to future providers. My journey to becoming a therapist began with curiosity about the human mind and passion for helping others.
Working in crisis settings, as a birth doula, and teaching cultural competency, I noticed pregnant and postpartum moms often lack needed mental health support. This fueled my commitment to creating a safe space for this community.

My goal is to awaken the knowing that is already alive within you, guiding you to your truest self. I have been on a personal journey of self-discovery and awakening for over a decade through meditation, yoga, practicing massage therapy for 5+ years, deepening an understanding of healing through the body mind spirit connection. Hi, I'm Kristin. I'm a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I have worked in the field of co-occurring disorders since 2011, primarily in substance use treatment programs, jails, and with individuals struggling with serious mental illness. I began my private practice during the height of COVID-19 in May 2020. I specialize in relationship issues (boundary work, attachment styles, and interpersonal dynamics), as well as substance use and trauma. My best work is with individuals who have experienced significant conflict or trauma in their lives and seek to understand the impact of this experience and learn from it to enable purposeful movement forward.
Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in the same painful patterns—miscommunication, emotional distance, or conflict that never fully gets resolved. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, or the impact of childhood trauma, therapy can help you better understand yourself and create lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with attachment wounds, relational challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences show up in your present relationships and build healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others.
My style is warm, supportive, and direct. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I also won’t shy away from gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. I value creating a safe, trusting space where you can be yourself, while also helping you move forward in meaningful ways.
When life's challenges - work, relationships, money troubles, illness or injury become too much to manage, or when the pain of the past pops up when you least expect it to disrupt sleep, or when daily stressors build up and make it hard to cope, that's when more than a friendly ear is needed. That's when a professional can help you heal the compounding effects of life experiences.
If you are seeking long-term relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief or loss, I will help you heal those emotional injuries that compound over a lifetime and make life lose its meaning. And I will empower you to heal the emotional pain that is preventing you from living your best life.

Hi, I’m Angela. I understand that reaching out for support is often the hardest part of the journey, especially when you feel life is heavy or uncertain. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are navigating the complexities of recovery, the weight of grief, or the shifting transitions of midlife. Since 2016, I have focused my career on supporting adults through the challenges of substance use, working across all levels of care, including detox, residential, and medication-assisted treatment.
As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I have invested significant additional education and clinical hours specifically in the field of addiction. I believe it is important to work with a therapist who focuses on these patterns, as alcohol and substance use rarely exist in isolation. They are often intertwined with anxiety, codependency, trauma, and relationship stress. In our sessions, we will explore how these challenges impact one another and work toward your specific goals for change, whether that involves moderation or choosing abstinence.
I am also passionate about supporting women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. This stage of life frequently brings a surge of symptoms such as irritability, brain fog, and anxiety where you might find yourself drinking more than you intended just to get through the day. I offer a nonjudgmental space to address these symptoms, helping you develop healthier ways to cope so you can feel like yourself again.
My practice is built on a foundation of grace, respect, and the belief in the inherent dignity of every individual. I provide a supportive environment where we can work through the messiness together to build a life that aligns with your true values and goals.
I have been a therapist for over 18 years. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations and have lived in five different countries. Hi. I have lived in Tucson almost all my life and never tire of the weather. I enjoy hiking and just being outside, overall, so the sunshine the majority of the year keeps me busy.
I have a Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, both were obtained from Arizona State University. I have been practicing for about 6 years and have been in outpatient settings, prison setting, VA facilities, and am currently in a residential facility. I have also managed a private practice for over 4 years, helping people with a wide variety of concerns. I have been trained in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy.
Please note that I do not typically charge for late cancellations, as I know life happens to us all, but I do charge for no shows. Please communicate with me if you are not going to make it to an appointment, for any reason.
I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce.
In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia.
Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans.
I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Doctor of Natural and Bioenergetic Medicine, I have dedicated my career to understanding the profound dialogue between the mind and the body. In my years of clinical practice, I began to see a recurring pattern: traditional psychotherapy is powerful, but it often reaches a ceiling when the body’s "biological battery" is depleted. I realized that to truly help my clients heal from the inside out, I needed to bridge the gap between psychological processing and the body’s subtle energy systems.
My approach is built on the premise that your life experiences—your joys, traumas, and daily stressors—do not just live in your memory; they live in your cells and your energetic field. By integrating my clinical LPC background with my doctoral training in bioenergetic medicine, I offer a unique, 360-degree therapeutic experience. We don't just talk about the obstacles in your life; we work to shift the underlying energetic and physiological patterns that keep those obstacles in place.
Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, or the complexities of unresolved trauma, my practice is informed by a deep understanding of human bioenergetics. This allows us to look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore how your environment, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique energy pathways are impacting your emotional resilience. My mission is to guide you toward "Integrated Health"—a state where your mind is clear, your nervous system is regulated, and your spirit is fully aligned.
I am a licensed clinical social worker living in Durango, Colorado and I have been in private practice for about 8 years. When I am not working with people in therapy I love spending time with my family, trail running, and gardening. I love getting to know my clients and helping them live the lives they want to live - it is an honor to do this work!
Hi! I am Laura and I provide a compassionate, supportive space for individuals navigating life’s challenges, trauma, or anxiety. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and develop practical strategies for coping and growth.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s experiences. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore feelings at their own pace. Many of the people I work with feel stuck or uncertain about how past experiences affect their present lives. I help them build insight, self-compassion, and resilience while guiding them toward their personal goals.
While my focus is on individual work, I also address the impact of relationships on well-being, helping clients navigate interpersonal challenges when they arise. I support clients in strengthening emotional awareness, identifying unhelpful patterns, and developing tools to respond to life’s stressors more effectively.
I am drawn to clients who are curious about their inner world and ready to take steps toward meaningful change, even when it feels challenging. My goal is to walk alongside each client with warmth, respect, and understanding, empowering them to feel more confident in themselves and their choices.
Therapy is a journey, and I’m honored to guide clients as they explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re seeking relief from emotional distress, clarity in your experiences, or a deeper connection to yourself, I provide support that is empathetic, practical, and rooted in your unique path.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across all stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
I specialize in helping others with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem/self-confidence, imposter syndrome, career exploration, and relationship issues.
Seeking help is a huge first step, and I do my absolute best to make the entire therapeutic process as smooth and easygoing as possible by embracing a positive, eclectic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.

With training in both psychology and the mind–body connection, I help clients understand how stress and healing show up in thoughts, feelings, and the body.

I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for 20+ years and continue to feel honored to provide a space of curiosity, reflection, non-judgment and authenticity in order to support individuals and couples in making the changes they want to make in their own lives and in relationships. I have worked with people across various cultures and in many different walks of life-from people struggling with addiction, to immigrants resettling in the US, to people needing some support in navigating a life transition. I currently focus most of my work in private practice on working with people who are wanting to improve their relationships, learn ways to better manage emotions, heal from trauma or improve their relationship with food and body.
