Hi, I’m Natalie—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience helping high-achieving women reclaim their peace, confidence, and emotional well-being. I specialize in supporting women who juggle demanding careers, caregiving roles, and personal expectations—often leaving little room for themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, fertility challenges, postpartum stress, or the pressures of being “the strong one,” therapy with me is a space to reset, realign, and reconnect with yourself.
As a Latina therapist and first-generation American, I bring my whole heart to our work together! My approach centers around YOU—your experiences, your strengths, and your vision for growth. I believe that while I have therapeutic knowledge, you're truly the expert on your own life.
I blend various approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create a personalized path forward. Whether you're navigating anxiety, processing grief, or seeking more joy and balance, we'll find the tools that resonate most with your unique story.
When I'm not connecting with clients, you'll find me dancing (my favorite stress-reliever!) or creating memories with my daughter, who teaches me daily about resilience and authentic connection.
I'm genuinely excited to be part of your journey—to celebrate your victories, big and small, and to support you through challenges with warmth, cultural understanding, and unwavering belief in your capacity to heal and thrive.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW in California and have been practicing with individuals that have anxiety, depression, trauma history and going through difficult life transitions. Making the decision to seek out counseling is a big decision when one is going through a difficult time. I use CBT, DBT, and am solution focused. I have a background of working with children, families, and individuals. I find that it is important to base progress on the individual and the mindset that they are able to bring in to session. Progress is different for everyone and it is imperative as a clinician to understand where the individual is at with their progress.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker in California with extensive experience supporting youth in schools, foster adolescents, and young adults. In recent years, I’ve focused on helping young adults navigate the emotional and psychological barriers that hinder educational and career goals.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and individualized, client-centered care. I aim to create a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel understood and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
My clinical approach emphasizes strengthening self-esteem, reducing anxiety, and building the motivation needed to pursue personal goals. I use a nonjudgmental, down-to-earth style that helps clients feel safe enough to do honest work. Much of our focus includes identifying and unpacking past trauma and the unhelpful beliefs or patterns that contribute to emotional, psychological, and physical distress.
Ultimately, my goal is to help clients move toward a healthier, more grounded, and more fulfilling life.
I am supportive, understanding, validating, open-minded, flexible, non-judgemental, kind, empowering, compassionate, hopeful, encouraging, (sometimes) humorous, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I look to you as the expert of your situation and will collaborate with you in developing goals that work so that you can overcome roadblocks and achieve better mental health! I have a deep devotion to the field of mental health, and due to my own life-story decided to become a therapist at a very young age. I hope to be able to help you break-through any blockages and achieve your life's goals.
Welcome! It takes courage and intention to take this step towards change and growth. I work with adults and teens to explore, heal and transform challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, boundaries/communication, parenting, self-esteem, and trauma. Through building insight, self-compassion, and practical strategies, our work together can help you to be more present and free to be your true self, discover what helps you feel your best, build meaningful relationships, heal and grow from past wounds, let go of patterns that are no longer helpful, and develop self-acceptance for all of who you are.
I have worked in private practice and the school systems providing Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) for almost 25 years. During this time I founded a small business where my team and I provide these mental health services individually and in groups on-site to school districts all over Sonoma County, CA. I love working with children k-12 and their families. I have worked in non-public schools, public schools, and privately with at-risk youth and their families. This has been my passion my whole career.
I have been married to my lovely wife for 18 years, together for 24 years and we have two beautiful children. Our son is 13 and our daughter is 10. I enjoy all things outdoors. I surfed competitively in my youth and I love mountain biking, snowboarding and anything that has to do with water, but my main love is spending time with my family.
Do you feel like you have the insight but don’t quite know what to do with it- how to process it or heal? You are not alone. I help individuals and couples move beyond the surface to work through what is keeping them stuck. I use IFS, EMDR and other modalities to connect you to your wounds, unprocessed memories, and blocks. Together, we set to discover the parts of you that hold pain and unlock your full potential by exploring what is holding you back.
Couples:
If it feels like you’re speaking different languages or having the same argument over and over, you may be stuck in a negative cycle that’s hard to see from the inside. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), rooted in attachment theory, to help partners reconnect, communicate vulnerably, and rebuild.
Oftentimes, what stands in our way is fear—because we have a deeply rooted need to feel safe. I understand. It’s much easier to stay in something comfortable than to risk the unknown; our minds and bodies are wired that way. My hope is to reflect your strength and worth, and to provide a safe, trusting space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.

Hi! I'm an LCSW based in California. I received my Masters in Social Work from NYU. I chose social work because we look at each person as an interconnected being who lives within a larger network of people, i.e. families, communities, etc. We don't see your issues as yours alone, as if you exist in a bubble, but as part of a larger fabric of factors. I believe this is a much more humanistic approach to mental health. I have been practicing for 15 years and have worked with all ages and communities of people. I especially love working with young adults transitioning into the world as independent people. I love helping young adults, college students, and young professionals navigate self identity, passions, relationships, careers, while becoming the best versions of themselves. I also love working with new mothers as they navigate their new identities, while helping them stay connected to themselves in the process. I spent several years as a Mommy and Me instructor and love witnessing the evolution of motherhood.

Hi I am Kao, I firmly believe that as humans we have an innate desire for growth and balance. Unfortunately, often we physically respond to ingrained negative cues and messages that get stuck in our body. Many times these old cues manifest themselves in our body as anxiety, depression, and other trauma responses. It can feel like we are living life just trying to cope with the loudness of these negative messages. What if instead of just gaining tools to “cope” with these trauma responses, we could eliminate them all together? How might your life look? My hope is that in our work together we will be able to address wounds and move towards healing so that you don’t have to “cope” anymore. Instead you can thrive and have a sense of self-awareness that brings constant peace and clarity.
The last four years have been challenging foor all of us. COVID came into our lives and altered the way we lived and worked. Many of us spent possibly a year or two in partial isolation, seeing only our closest friends and family members. Now, it is 2025 and we are wanting to get our old style lives back, but this transition has been difficult to accomplish. So far, 2025 has not been a peaceful year. You may believe you have not grown in the past 2-3 years, lost confidence and become more anxious. My goal is to assist you in believing in yourself again. Your negative self talk needs to be replaced with positive affirmations, thoughts and actions.
Anxiety, both social and life skill focused, along with depression, loss of self confidence or self esteem, and not understanding how these negative beliefs began. Many of us have anger over lost time, along with irritation.
Now, as you look in the mirror, you want to begin to be the brave person you once were. You want to be social, travel and feel the joy again that life used to offer.
My work and yours also, is to help you find your confidence to begin the life you thought you lost.
Please feel free to contact me so we can begin your new journey.

Hi, I'm Yang. And I'm here to help you heal from self-abandonment and emotional dysregulation.
Self-abandonment occurs when we struggle to stand up for our needs and live by our authentic values; often, we don't even know what they are. Those who struggle with self-abandonment don't feel like they know who they really are, and what they want, and often feel directionless and ungrounded. We feel small, afraid, anxious, aggressive and dependent on others.
Emotional dysregulation occurs when we don't understand our emotions and how to manage them. They control us, instead of the other way around. We behave in ways we wish we didn't, and we build up shame around those behaviors as if they are who we are. We cannot separate our emotions from who we are.
These issues often lie at the heart of different mental health struggles, such as depression, anxiety, as well as many relationship challenges. The good news is that resolving these, therefore, can potentially lead to ripple effects of change in your life.
I am an authentic adult woman who has had life experience in addiction, followed by years of education and professional experiences that all combined make me knowledgeable, empathetic, recovery focused and able to provide hope, courage and solutions to anyone who is struggling. I know from my own personal journey that recovery from childhood struggles, low self-esteem, addiction, and hopelessness, can be acknowledged, addressed and healed with the support of the right therapist. I am present and nonjudgmental. I will validate your personal experiences and walk with you on the path of recovery, moving toward happiness and personal fulfillment.

Balancing work, personal responsibilities, relationships, and health can feel like an uphill battle! Don't even get me started on the never ending laundry basket, the appointments you haven't made yet, and the to-do list that is lost somewhere in the notebook you can't find. You might feel isolated and like no one else seems to be struggling the way you are. You might doubt that your experience is even real and have thoughts like, "maybe I am just lazy!" Maybe your relationships are suffering because your loved ones don't understand why you show up inconsistently. Maybe your self-esteem is low because you can't understand why you have been able to function really well in some areas or in some stages of life, but right now you are really struggling. Maybe you are really afraid to open up to a therapist because you have had a string of very invalidating experiences with doctors, therapists, and others you were hoping would help you.

Welcome, for the past 16 years I have supported clients with processing through difficult thoughts and emotions associated with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, childhood complex trauma, adult traumatic experiences, self-esteem issues, grief and loss of persons or pets as well as many other concerns. I have supported clients with gaining insight into themselves and their circumstances/life events as to gain perspective, heal and live life more settled and balanced. I value using a variety of therapy modalities, such as Psychodynamic, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Compassion Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapies.
I also come from a personal background of trauma and loss, which has informed my work as a therapist. I have gained first hand experience of how transformation and healing can happen with the right supports and guidance. I hope to bring both my academic understandings and learnings as well as real life experience to our work together to enable you to learn, grow and thrive in the ways you are hoping for.
Do you have a history of attracting relationships where the other person is emotionally unavailable? Have you experienced gaslighting, manipulation, blaming - what's otherwise known as narcissistic abuse? You may feel as though you are all alone and that no one understands the relationship. What's even worse, people may think you are imagining or exaggerating the abuse that you are experiencing because the other person is so charming to everyone else. You have done everything from crying to begging, offering to go to couples counseling, to even taking the blame for the problems that occur in the relationship. You are unsure of what else can be done to salvage the situation, so you have finally decided to take the next step to work on yourself. You have experienced everything from anger, depression, anxiety, crying spells, to questioning your sanity. Something has got to give.
While you may feel alone, the reality is that you are not. There are a lot of people who experience narcissistic abuse. Whether you experienced in your family, your intimate relationships, at your job, or with your friends; I can be of help.
Hi, my name is Lisa Perkins, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in helping people overcome and manage the challenges in their lives. I empower people to see and reach beyond their circumstances. Who you are, where you are and what you are experiencing today does not have to be your tomorrow. Can you imagine becoming who you are meant to be? I can, "Piece by Peace."
Trauma can hurt long after the painful events are over. It creeps into our relationships and makes it hard to love and trust others. Often, even more painfully, it makes it hard to love and trust ourselves. Often we try to ignore it, avoid it, try to forget it, but the hurt and memories always seem to come back. Maybe you find it hard to trust others, unsure if they are safe. Maybe you notice you are a "people pleaser", worried about making others happy but not happy yourself. If people in your life have hurt you, I want you to know that you are not alone, and healing is possible.
As a trauma therapist, I will help you connect how the story of your past echoes into your present. I will support you in identifying the hangups that get you stuck and help you to get a foothold in your life. As you heal from your past and harmful coping, I will support you with taking control of your life and moving towards the goals you've hoped for.
I have the best job in the world. It's an incredible experience to connect to people, many whom have never been able to safely share about themselves, and help them feel heard, validated, and supported. Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking, but if you are interested, or even curious, I'd be happy to work with you.
