Hi, I’m Cindy! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 11 years of experience, and I’m excited to meet you. My goal is to help you navigate life’s stressors and work toward growth in a way that feels supportive and collaborative. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I understand the unique challenges each stage of life can bring. I'm here to support you and work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Therapy can feel a bit intimidating at first, but my goal is to make the experience as comfortable and positive as possible! My approach is all about finding solutions that work for you, focusing on your strengths and what you’d like to achieve. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable and free from judgment. I’m here to listen, and together we’ll find ways to make things feel a little lighter.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful individuals, each on their unique path. I have extensive experience in various environments, particularly in secondary school settings. This background has provided me with valuable insight into the common and current challenges faced by teens and their parents. I’m here to provide guidance, but ultimately, we’re a team—and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I offer support in navigating inner conflicts, relationship challenges, family dynamics, workplace issues, and life transitions, helping clients find balance in their life.
