(she/her)
Welcome! My name is Sara and I'm a licensed clinical social worker. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches (Team CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and mindfulness practices to help clients build skills that bring more ease and balance into daily life. Together, we’ll practice tools for managing emotions, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthening self-awareness.
Empathy, honesty, and warmth are the foundations of my work. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship that empowers you to grow and heal at your own pace. If you're ready to take that first step, I welcome you to reach out. Let’s begin this journey together.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I meet you where you are and support your growth at your own pace, creating space for clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
The framework I use is integrative and evidence-based. Together, we work on identifying values, building cognitive and behavioral strategies, and strengthening resilience so you can respond more effectively to challenges. Therapy is tailored to your needs, with a focus on developing tools that support lasting growth and meaningful change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT because it gives people practical tools for understanding the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps clients identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with more balanced ways of thinking and coping.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I love ACT because it helps people make room for tough feelings without letting them take over. It’s all about living in line with what matters most to you, so life feels more meaningful. I like how it combines mindfulness and practical steps to build resilience and self-compassion.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT because it gives people practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and coping with stress. I like how it blends acceptance and change, helping clients feel supported while also moving toward growth. It’s a very hands-on approach that people can start using right away in daily life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Learning to live mindfully is at the heart of most therapy approaches. Mindfulness is about gently bringing our attention to the present moment. It helps us feel more grounded, less stressed, and more connected to ourselves.
