New to Grow
I am a LPC providing compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals, adolescents, and families. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges through a supportive, strength-based approach. I utilize a strengths-based and collaborative approach to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. develop meaningful insight, build effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change.
During our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, building a connection, and ensuring that we are a good fit to work together. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, background, strengths, and areas where you would like support. This session is a collaborative process where we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan while creating a safe, supportive space for you to feel heard and understood.
I bring a compassionate, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to each session. I believe every client has unique strengths, resilience, and the ability to create meaningful change when provided with the right support and tools. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship through trust, empathy, active listening, and genuine connection. My approach stands out because I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs, meeting them where they are while helping them identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, improve communication, and work toward their personal goals. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.
My ideal client is children, adolescent, young adult, or family seeking support through challenging life transitions, emotional struggles, relationship difficulties, or behavioral concerns. I have extensive experience working with teens involved in the DHR foster care system and juvenile justice system, supporting youth navigating trauma, grief, family conflict, identity development, emotional regulation, and decision-making challenges. I work well with clients who are open to exploring their experiences, building coping skills, improving communication, and developing healthier patterns. I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them recognize their strengths, build resilience, and work toward meaningful personal growth and positive change.
