New to Grow
I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life's challenges and move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of purpose. For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate difficult seasons and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults ages 19 and older and hold specialized certification in alcohol and drug counseling. In addition to individual counseling, I enjoy working with couples and families to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and navigate life's challenges together.
I'm honored to support you by providing a safe space where you can express your feelings and situation without judgement.
I provide secure telehealth counseling using a collaborative, individualized approach. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and life planning strategies, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. My hope is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, encouraged, and empowered to build a healthier, more confident future.

I identify as
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I find person-centered therapy to be a natural fit that allows me to focus on building a genuine relationship with my clients. This approach has shown me that when clients feel truly heard and accepted, they are more willing to open-up and explore their concerns in a more authentic way.
