I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and also Art Therapist working for over 15 years helping, children, adolescents, adults and families. I provide tailored individualized treatment, whether you are looking work on healing from trauma, having a life transition, wanting to learn coping skills, work on self acceptance and or if you are trying to find meaning and purpose through identifying your values.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, an initial assessment will be done, to identify what it is your looking to find in treatment services, what is the baseline of your functioning, identifying resources, protective factors in your life and to establish and build rapport.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider who has worked in all levels of care and who has had wide range of experiences, I am able to help identify with clients specific plan to find a road map for feeling, thinking and managing stressors better in their life. Clients will be able to utilize sessions for processing (psycho therapy), take time to heal and have take away to actively engage in skills outside of meetings.
