Have you been seeking personal growth, relief from emotional distress, or support navigating complex life circumstances/ relationships? I’d be honored to support you in exploring paths to healing and wellness through exploring somatic responses to emotions, diving into root causes related to your current challenges, and seeking solutions to navigate towards your values. I believe deeply in restorative practices, client agency, therapeutic partnership, harm reduction, and radical compassion. I have experience working with people with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, burn out, workplace issues, trauma, substance use, co-occurring disorders, voices, and unusual beliefs among other relational challenges. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions. I am looking forward to supporting you on your path to wellness!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, we will take time to get to know one another, for me to learn your goals and what you'd like to accomplish in therapy, and we will complete an intake.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Enriched with experiences working in crisis residential, mobile crisis response, individual telehealth therapy, university mental health, and group home settings, I have been humbled to witness the resilience of the human spirit and the courage folx are able to sustain amidst great adversity and emotional pain. I carry these narratives with me in my work as the embodiment of hope, unconditional regard, and a grounded sense of optimism.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am open to serving all people however I have the most experience working with people living with depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, and relationship concerns.
