Hi, I’m Natalie. Everyone can benefit from having someone to talk to about their life. I want therapy to be a good experience for you. I specialize in working with women struggling with imposter syndrome, high functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and self-criticism/doubt. I employ a balance of non-judgment, humor and appropriate bluntness to support you through this process. I hope to connect with you from a place of authenticity in normalizing being human. Life is hard, let’s figure this out together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

People can expect to feel heard, and experience some relief knowing they are on a path to make things a little better.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Comfort is of huge importance to me. I like a therapy session to feel as natural and conversational as possible. My biggest strength is creating a space that feels comfortable and natural where people want to come and talk. I spend a lot of time helping people to be less hard on themselves, acknowledge their efforts in life and live more intentionally. I would say my niche is working with individuals struggling with high functioning anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism and life transitions (divorce, breakup, new job, move, loss of a loved one etc).
