My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a structured, evidence-based approach to changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. I use CBT in sessions in order to assess and set goals with the client, identify negative thought patterns, challenge and reframe those thoughts as well as applying behavioral interventions and homework/practice for the client to try techniques both in and out of sessions.
