As a therapist, I will continue to assist client with my full ability and understanding how to decrease the negative and increase the positive internal and external related emotional vulnerabilities. I will concentrate on reaching that approach by assisting you as a client’s with developing your insight of overcoming emotional vulnerabilities and work toward those significant behavioral factors more realistically of gaining a better understanding of learning how to agree and not disagree with living life on life terms appropriately. As your therapist, I will continue to coordinate visits with you to assist you with exploring new methods of learning how to cope with alleged emotional problems reaching a point where you have a feeling of optimism and ready to take the steps towards wellness in your life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

As a therapist, I will assess the client's personal, medical, emotional, social and environmental situational factors to plan for treatment course through office, home and community visits. I will provide individual-based motivational treatment and utilize supportive measures to clients to assist with their recovery from whatever illness that may need to address moving forward. I will provide strengths-based client-centered and trauma-informed services and also co-occurring substance related disorders with the understanding of harm-reduction in mind.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

AS a therapist, My greatest strength is my ability to keep calm when working under pressure and be empathic toward others as needed and create a sanctuary for my clients to explore what is needed for themselves to work toward wellness. I see my greatest strength is my work ethic. When I am working on a project, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule- problem solving skills, creativity and communication.

As a therapist, I best position for Adults-of all ages, Early adolescence (10-13 years), middle adolescence (14 to 17 years), and late adolescence/young adulthood (18 to 21 years and beyond).

Emma was all of these for me: Authentic, Warm, Solution oriented, Intelligent, Humorous, Direct, Empowering, Open Minded, Holistic & challenging. I just started my therapy appointments & I know that she is the right fit for me. She already helped me make some serious connectionsz You see I didn’t have much hope in regards to therapy helping me but after my session with Emma. She is friendly, funny, and , professional. She listens to me, weather its negative,or positive. She includes, or allows me to be apart of my treatment,and she can relate to some of the struggles ,or experiences I have or is going through.
