The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a trauma-informed therapist, I have experience in supporting individuals through their healing journey with therapy modalities such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and integrates internal parts work to create full self-understanding.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I find that I best support clients who are seeking support through sudden loss and acute early grief, major life changes or transitional periods of life, and clients seeking trauma processing to understand its impact on our lives.
