For 20 years, I have specialized in marriage and family counseling, Child or Adolescent therapy, pre-marital counseling, relationships, depression, anxiety, Divorce, individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, maternal mental health, school mental health counseling, EAP counseling, crisis counseling and, trauma informed care.

At the initial visit, an evaluation and assessment will be completed to determine the treatment needs of the client, couple and, or family. My therapy style is strength-based, faith-based, goal-oriented and,a focus on trauma-informed care.
