About me

Hi, I'm Hailey & I'm a mental health counselor. I have a naturally enthusiastic, warm personality that I bring into every session with my clients. I pride myself on taking an empathetic approach that allows me to meet people where they are on their path, and partner with them to find fulfilling ways to move forward and strive higher. I believe that the most effective therapeutic approach is not "one size fits all" and I enjoy helping people find meaningful ways of meeting their goals that allows them to bring their own unique strengths and characteristics to the table.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, my goal is simply to get to know you—who you are, what brings you here, and what you’re hoping for. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “perfect” words; we’ll move at your pace, and it’s completely okay if you’re nervous or unsure. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your experiences, but you’re always in control of what you choose to share. Think of this first meeting as a conversation where we begin building a safe, genuine connection—one where you can feel seen, supported, and not judged. My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter and knowing you don’t have to navigate things alone.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

Clinically, I take what is called an "eclectic" approach to therapy- what this means is that I have expertise in many different therapeutic styles and work with my clients individually to decide what approach will be best suited for them. Some of my favorites are humanistic approaches, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, and cognitive behavior therapy. At the end of the day- the fancy acronyms don't matter. The diagnostic codes don't matter. Whether or not the therapeutic technique we used was tried and true, or a cutting edge new technique, all that truly matters is the lasting effect that it has on your life and the progress towards your goals that you are able to make because of it. Let me worry about the nitty gritty details.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is the way I blend evidence-based trauma and attachment therapies with a grounded, spiritually integrated lens that honors the whole person. I work in a warm, authentic, and deeply relational way—helping clients feel safe enough to explore painful experiences while also giving them practical tools to create real, lasting change. My methods are gentle but effective, combining top-tier trauma modalities with an intuitive understanding of how healing happens in connection. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen, supported, and empowered—and that our work together helps them not only process the past but reconnect with a sense of meaning, resilience, and self-trust.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who appreciates a solution-oriented approach—someone ready to explore what’s not working and actively move toward meaningful change. They value practical tools and clear next steps, while also being open to spiritually integrated therapy when it feels appropriate and authentic to them. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals healing from psychological trauma, and I strive to create a space where they feel grounded, supported, and empowered as they navigate their healing journey.
