You may be the person everyone depends on; the one who handles problems, pushes through challenges, and keeps everything moving. But what happens when you're the one feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next?
I'm Kumalo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, and retired U.S. Army officer with more than 22 years of military service and behavioral health leadership. I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, straightforward, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. I believe therapy should be more than a place to talk about what's wrong. It should also be a space where you feel understood, gain new perspectives, develop practical tools, and rediscover your confidence and sense of direction.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR, I tailor treatment to your experiences, needs, and goals. Whether you're dealing with painful experiences from the past, pressure in the present, or uncertainty about the future, we'll work together to identify what's keeping you stuck and create a path forward.
My experience includes supporting military service members, veterans, professionals, and individuals who carry significant responsibilities while quietly managing their own struggles. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and you don't need to have all the answers to get started.
You've spent a lot of time showing up for others. It's okay to make yourself a priority, too.
If you're ready to feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
You are worthy of this work and I am so glad you are reaching out for therapy! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychosocial Dynamics Theory and other modalities to help you find meaningful advances toward the progress you are seeking. I have worked with individuals and families for over 15 years as a social worker and specialize in Solution Focused Outcomes because I want you to have practical ways to apply the forward movement you desire in your life, career, family and relationships. I have both my Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and graduated in 2005. I come from a multicultural background and have a multiracial family who are a part of a proud LGBTQ+ community, so I understand the dynamics that go into working daily to support each other where we are now while continuing to grow together. I hope my experience both professionally and personally will give insight as we journey together. Let me know how I can help!

● Afraid of change and the unknown
● Do your thoughts begin to spiral

Life doesn’t have to stay this way.
Hi, I’m Elisabeth Zaragoza, LPC, and I can help.
I provide grief counseling using a space that is warm and understanding for you to share your loss or life transition. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling heard, understood, confident and ability to face what lies before them.
Schedule a consultation or an appointment with me.
With over 25 years of experience as a counselor, mentor, and coach, I’ve had the privilege of empowering clients from all walks of life. From supporting traumatized child soldiers in Liberia to helping newlyweds in the United States rebuild connection, each person I’ve worked with has shaped me into the clinician I am today.
I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and family conflict. My deepest passion is helping people step into the fullest, healthiest version of themselves. There is nothing more meaningful to me than watching someone release long held wounds, rewrite old narratives, and reclaim the life they were meant to live.
My therapeutic style blends the warmth and unconditional positive regard of Client Centered Therapy with the practical, results oriented tools of EMDR (trauma-focused) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe therapy should create real change, not just conversation. You can expect a collaborative, active process — one where you’re supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. I often provide homework between session assignments so you can continue making progress outside the therapy room. No one wants to stay stuck longer than they have to.
I’m proud of you for taking this step toward a better life. Change can feel intimidating, but it can also be exciting, empowering, and deeply rewarding.
I look forward to walking this journey with you.

Hi there! My name is Brooke Elliott and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since 2018, I’ve worked in various mental health settings helping my community connect with resources that build self-esteem. I have been practicing as an individual therapist since 2021. Growing up with undiagnosed neurodivergence, shame and struggle marked my everyday interactions with my family and the world around me, as well as my view of who I was as a person. I learned what it felt like to be alone with my anxieties because I didn’t have the words to express to others what I was feeling on the inside. Learning that there was a reason for my struggles opened a new world of self-acceptance and empowerment, one that allowed me to take charge of my life and give myself the care I had been missing. Today, I get to work with people who struggle like I did to find a "method to their madness". Together, we'll get rid of the shame that stops you from finding the acceptance you deserve and work towards building a life that fits within your unique needs.

Let's see if you relate to these: You're exhausted from second-guessing every decision. Your inner critic is loud and mean. In general, your thoughts are loud and racing. Getting out of bed some days feels impossible. You're disconnected—from your body, from younger versions of yourself, from what you want.
Here's what we'll do together: We'll quiet that critic. Rebuild your trust in yourself. Process the hard stuff and spot the patterns keeping you stuck. You'll get clear on what matters to you—then use that as your compass.
I bring warmth, humor, and real talk. I'm here to listen and gently challenge you. We'll work with your whole self—mind, body, values—so you can stop second-guessing, feel lighter, and remember your own strength. It's time to decide what deserves your energy, and what doesn't.

Feeling overwhelmed by life lately? You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
Maybe you're going through a breakup, questioning your marriage, adjusting to life with a new baby, grieving someone you love, or just feeling like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way. Maybe nothing is necessarily wrong, but you're exhausted, overwhelmed, can't shut your brain off, or feel stuck in the same patterns and aren't sure how to move forward.
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you found me.
I'm a Texas therapist with 28 years of experience in mental health, and I've been providing virtual therapy since 2015. I work with adults navigating life's harder seasons, relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, family stress, and all those times when life just feels like too much.
My approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping you figure out what's going on, what you need, and what you can actually do to start feeling better. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you certainly don't have to wait until things get worse to ask for help.
Starting therapy can take courage, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood, judged, or unsupported in the past. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — a place that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely supportive. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, women, and anyone navigating the impacts of trauma, identity-based stress, or systems that haven’t always made space for them.
In our work together, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. Therapy with me is collaborative — you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to support you with tools, perspective, and care as you make sense of your experiences and move toward the life you want. Some of the approaches I draw from include EMDR for trauma processing, DBT for building coping and emotional regulation skills, and The Daring Way™ work around vulnerability, courage, and living in alignment with your values.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. That’s okay — we’ll figure it out together. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and build the skills you need to move forward.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to connect. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
Hello there, I'm Elizabeth
How are you doing? How are you feeling today? Are you finding it difficult to navigate, manage and overcome daily and other life struggles?
I want to start by appreciating you for taking the first step in your healing journey by being here because seeking therapy can be terrifying. It is never too soon or too late to ask for help and constructively work towards your life goals. Over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety ADHD, trauma-related issues etc. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on the identified needs and goals.
Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you've spent a long time trying to manage things on your own. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating life transitions, or trying to make sense of experiences that continue to affect you, you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
Sometimes, we know something isn't working, but we're not sure why we feel the way we do or how to move forward. You may find yourself overthinking, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, struggling to manage emotions, or having difficulty understanding your own needs. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, explore what's going on beneath the surface, and begin making sense of your experiences at your own pace.
I believe you can accept where you are today while still working toward something different. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you don't need to know exactly what to say. We can start wherever you are and work together to identify what matters most to you, what may be getting in the way, and what changes you would like to make.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can show up as yourself, speak openly, and feel comfortable exploring difficult thoughts and emotions without pressure or judgment. Whether your goal is to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, manage stress, or feel more confident navigating life's challenges, we'll work together to find an approach that feels meaningful and manageable for you.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I specialize in helping those who are determined and motivated in life to do great things but have had moments in their past that hold them back. Maybe you have found great success in your career, but you have difficulty in relationships because of a past trauma. Or maybe you have done well your whole life, and you encounter a trauma that changes you. I specialize in treating people who have gone through trauma, and I help them reconnect to their relationships and to life.

Hello! I bring 17 years of mental health experience along for your sessions. I have been in private practice since January of 2023. I consider myself a generalist and I'm happy to help you with any need or concern that you might have. Some of the areas where I have the most experience are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief and loss. I have spent the majority of my career working in a University setting and have helped many college-age adults make meaningful changes. I have also worked in behavioral health clinics and have experience working with clients that have been legally referred to therapy. I work with almost all age groups however, I typically do not work with persons under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please have your guardian consult with me before scheduling an intake and I will consider your need and my areas of expertise and help you determine our next steps. I am also no longer able to accommodate couples therapy. If you are seeking a couples therapy session I will be happy to assist you with a referral. At this time, I am unable to assist with FMLA paperwork.
