Born & raised in San Antonio, I am enthusiastically entering the empty-nest stage of my life. Since going off to graduate school in the northeast, my devotion to helping marginalized communities has remained steadfast. Gratitude, hope & resiliency certainly are my touch stones.

I love listening to music, reading, traveling & quality time with my cuddly companion - Yorkie Poo. Volunteering is also a passion of mine.
First session
Our first session will consist of the client sharing an overview of life experiences which have influenced & shaped present circumstances. An overview of medical & health conditions will be discussed. Personal, relational &/or parenting struggles will also be addressed. Future-pacing will include what improvements are desired in 3 months, 6 months & 1 year.
Strengths
Rooting myself in the science of neuroplasticity, our brains can reorganize & generate new connections / pathways. Outdated is the notion that we're each born with a limited number of brain cells! Each individual has the power to heal themselves from the inside out. I am blessed to be invited on the journey of manifesting the healed version of "you".
Ideal clients
When overwhelmed, exhausted & confused or feeling like hope is nowhere to be found, we can courageously create a new chapter. Being honest with ourselves can be a most challenging endeavor.
