New clients continue care with this provider

Since 2012, I’ve walked alongside clients in the U.S. and India as they’ve navigated life's turning points—moments of doubt, discovery, and deep transformation. I believe life unfolds in many shades. It’s not always fair or predictable, but with understanding and acceptance, we can find meaning and joy in even the most unexpected colors. My experience spans working with children, young adults, college students, couples, individuals, and families across culturally diverse backgrounds. Whether it’s helping a teenager find their voice, guiding a couple through conflict, or supporting someone through personal growth, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that nurtures insight and healing. I hold onto the truth that obstacles often carry the seeds of growth. My role isn't to erase life’s challenges, but to support people in understanding them, responding with courage, and growing stronger in the process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is about beginning—with care, curiosity, and no pressure. I see it as a space for us to get to know each other, where you're welcome to share what brings you in at your own pace. You don’t need to have it all figured out; showing up is the first brave step. We’ll talk about what’s been on your mind, what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and any concerns or goals you might have. I’ll also share a bit about how I work and answer any questions you may have, so we can decide together if this feels like the right fit. This isn’t about judgment or diagnosis. It’s about creating a space of understanding, where you feel seen, heard, and supported—no matter what shade of life you're currently in.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I meet people where they are—with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for their unique stories. One of my greatest strengths is creating a space that feels safe enough for honesty and brave enough for change. With years of cross-cultural experience in both the U.S. and India, I bring a nuanced understanding of how culture, identity, and generational values shape our lives. I’m especially skilled at helping clients untangle the complex web of expectations they carry—from families, societies, and themselves. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen in our work together. I listen not just for what’s said, but also for what’s unsaid. I honor the silences, the hesitations, and the unspoken truths that carry so much meaning. Above all, I bring warmth, insight, and unwavering belief in human resilience. No matter what shade of life someone is in, I walk beside them—not ahead of them—with compassion and care.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their experiences—those who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, but are curious and open to growth. My clients often carry rich inner worlds: students navigating identity and purpose, couples seeking clarity in connection, families facing intergenerational or cultural tension, or individuals who feel like they're straddling two worlds. Many of my clients come from culturally diverse communities, where unspoken expectations and values can sometimes feel like both anchors and constraints. I welcome those who are grappling with these complexities and are looking for a space to unpack them with compassion and curiosity. Whether it’s a teenager navigating peer pressure, a young adult facing transitions, or a parent balancing tradition with change—I work with those ready to look inward with courage and embrace life in all its shades.
