Hi, I’m Liliana, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18+ years of experience helping adults, couples, caregivers, and families navigate life’s challenges. I provide warm, supportive, trauma-informed therapy focused on anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, life transitions, autism support, and emotional healing. My approach blends compassion with practical tools to help clients build insight, resilience, healthier boundaries, and lasting change. I offer telehealth sessions in English and Spanish for clients across Texas.
My name is Pearline Williams, and I have been providing therapeutic services for more than six years. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and work toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being. My goal as a therapist is not only to help you address your current concerns, but also to equip you with practical tools and coping strategies that will continue to serve you long after our sessions have ended.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and mutual learning. While I bring professional knowledge and clinical experience to our work together, I also recognize the value of your unique experiences, strengths, and insights. In many ways, we are both teachers and students throughout the therapeutic journey. I look forward to partnering with you, honoring your story, and supporting you as you move toward the life you envision for yourself.
My focus is reconciliation. Healing is often achieved through us becoming reconciled with self and/or others. It can be a process that allows us to identify and modify our thoughts and behaviors. We are all a work in progress and rightly so as circumstances are constantly changing. I believe that each person should have an opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nurturing, judgement free zone. As we seek to gain an understanding of self and others, often we experience a shift in our processing. If you are stuck or it feels like you are spinning out of control like a hamster on a wheel, let’s talk about “it”.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Texas. I have experience working in public schools, prison settings, children's advocacy center, my private practice and online counseling. I enjoy helping people make changes that will benefit their best life. I work with children ages 10 and parenting skills for the family. What if you could write the story of your life? The truth is, you can, you are in control of your destiny, you are writing the story of your life right now. The choices you make are directly related to the thoughts you have. That puts you in control, you have the ability to change the way you think, and when you change the way you think, you change your life.
The thoughts you are thinking right now are writing the story of your life. If you are not happy with the story, you can reprogram your thoughts to change the story and write it the way you want it to go. Together you and I can work to manage the challenges you are facing today.
Therapy may seem scary or even overwhelming, but with the right partner you really can change your life. Together we will explore how your thoughts and the dimensions of wellness are affecting your life and find a path to change the story of your life, to one of positive emotional and mental well-being.
I have been a trauma trained therapist that has worked with teens and families for over 20 years in schools, hospitals and private practice settings. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience — and a woman who has navigated midlife, reinvention, and the seasons of life that quietly change you. That lived experience shapes every session I offer.
I specialize in working with women who are strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside — women navigating menopause, identity shifts, heartbreak, dating, and the complicated feeling of standing at a crossroads wondering who they are becoming.
I'm warm and direct. I'll hold space when you need to be heard and gently challenge you when you're ready to grow. Clients tell me they feel safe being real with me from the very first conversation — and that they leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more like themselves.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mind-body practices rooted in mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness — because healing lives in the body too, not just the mind.
If you've been carrying something alone for too long or simply know that something needs to shift — I'm here. Just come as you are.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you don't have to figure this out alone. That's why I'm here.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist, veteran, and founder of www.TalkHealRepeat.com , I've spent over 10 years supporting thousands of clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible, from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, working with chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
🔺If you can’t find a time on my calendar, message me. I’ll move things around, lose a lunch break, get creative. You showing up here already tells me everything I need to know about you.
My style is down-to-earth. It is my privilege and honor to meet you 'Exactly Where You are'. Your questions are as important as You are. You are a unique person, with your own unique strengths and talents. This is Your journey! Clients Tell me it's the insights, their epiphanies they gain from working with me that really helps them to reach their goals; their new skills learned; that are compatible with their personality and lifestyles. Which, ultimately supports and encourages their daily thinking from a new perspectives and insight. This empowers and motivates choices by recognizing the direct link to one's own values; which, are identified in session, and to become a self advocate.
I’m a therapist who believes healing starts with feeling safe and understood. I provide a calm space where you can talk freely and begin to unpack what’s been weighing on you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.
