I am highly trained in research based therapeutic methods and also experienced through my own struggles and victories. I have worked with adolescents and youth for more than 28 years and I have also worked with children, families and adults. I work with the premise of unconditional positive regard towards my clients. The idea that mistakes can be corrected, faults can be forgiven and second chances is what makes us human. I believe in practicing learned skills, setting attainable goals, and celebrating small wins.
