Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Workers based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Central Florida and have worked in the healthcare field assisting those with life changing and chronic illnesses for the last 20 years.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss specific challenges you're facing and what you see as the most critical to tackle in the next couple of weeks. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
I feel that my greatest strength as a counselor is my empathetic nature and commitment to uncovering and highlighting the strengths and resources within clients that they may not have realized they possessed. Through guidance and support, I empower people to tap into these newfound strengths, fostering growth and resilience in their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
Ideal clients
A majority of my clients have experienced a death or life-changing medical diagnosis. They often feel stuck, alone, anxious and/or hopeless about their future.
