(she/her)
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience supporting both children and adults through challenges related to anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio and began my private practice in 2023. I strive to create a warm, comfortable space where clients feel safe exploring even the most sensitive or difficult topics at their own pace. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and watching a good scary movie.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable in the space. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about the counseling process, share what’s bringing you in, and talk about what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. From there, we’ll begin identifying your goals and work together to create a treatment plan that supports your needs and helps guide our work moving forward.
What stands out about my approach is the balance between compassion and structure. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and comfortable opening up, even about difficult or sensitive topics. At the same time, I use evidence-based techniques to help identify the root causes of concerns and develop a clear, personalized treatment plan. My goal is not only to support clients emotionally, but also to help them achieve meaningful, measurable progress so they can experience real and lasting change.
