My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Through CBT strategies, I help clients identify distortions in thinking and negative core believes. Then we can work together to reframe negative thoughts and with practice create new patterns of thinking and identify effective coping skills for a positive outcome.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution focused therapy is useful in focusing on moving forward. This method can help patients who feel held up by staying stuck in their past. I help clients focus on their strengths to create a vision of their preferred future.
