I am here to help you overcome your challenges of anxiety, depression, or trauma. I can help you learn coping skills that you can implement to help you overcome these challenges. Together, we will create a treatment plan that is individualized to your needs.
I can also help you process negative emotions or experiences. My experience in these areas comes from experience helping others with similar problems. I would love to be your partner in this journey of positive change.
I'm a compassionate mental health therapist. My primary focus is on empowering my clients with practical tools and strategies. I have a deep passion for working with women facing various mental health challenges, offering them support and guidance through their journey to healing. Additionally, I love assisting couples in developing healthy conflict resolution skills, fostering stronger and more fulfilling relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual and couple you work with.
Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.

I am Casey Linda Unger, Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in the mental health field since 1996 and licensed since 2002.
My experience ranges from working with the chronically mentally ill in public mental health, private practice, inpatient psychiatric, diagnostics/assessment, crisis intervention, anger management, and employee assistance.
My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the effectiveness it has in pointing out negative thought patterns.
Through CBT I can help you see unconscious schemas that are leading you to do what you do, where they came from, how they developed, and ultimately how to become your own therapist reframing and moving forward on your own.
Breathe. Inhale… exhale.
Has your cape become kryptonite to your self-care? Have you been overwhelmed by life’s challenges, struggling to control your emotions, or battling self-doubt? Do you struggle to establish healthy boundaries? If so, you are not alone—and you don’t have to walk this journey by yourself.
I am a trauma-informed therapist with 11 years of clinical experience and over 20 years as an educator and school counselor, equipping me to support individuals across diverse backgrounds with compassion, insight, and practical strategies. My integrative approach blends evidence-based practices with authenticity and a down-to-earth style. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can process past trauma, learn tools for growth, and rediscover your confidence and peace.
If you would like your faith to be part of your therapeutic journey, I also offer the option of incorporating faith-based principles. I call this “where therapy meets faith” a space where emotional healing and spiritual growth can align.
Together, we will work toward recharging, restoring balance, and cultivating resilience so you can step into the healthiest version of yourself.

I am a licensed clinician with nearly twenty years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex stressors. I take a strengths‑based, collaborative approach and value creating space for clients to share their stories in a way that feels respectful and empowering. My work focuses on building practical coping skills, supporting emotional balance, and helping clients navigate change at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful.
I draw from evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT‑informed), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT‑informed), mindfulness‑based strategies, Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also have extensive experience collaborating with psychiatrists and supporting clients who are receiving psychiatric medication as part of their care.
I value ongoing learning and continuing education to ensure my work remains thoughtful, ethical, and responsive to each client’s needs. I love listening to people's stories. And we all have powerful stories shaping our lives. I began my career in social services as an educator and moved into mental health, feeling compelled to address larger systems of wellbeing. I have worked, volunteered and supported schools, universities, hospital systems, crisis centers, and non-profits. These professional and personal experiences have given me a broad scope of practice and intersected with different populations.

I identify as a cisgender, straight Latina woman and a person of color with a soul for social justice and decolonizing mental health. Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.

I really like psychology. I like the art of effective communication. I like using psychology to understand myself and others behaviors. I believe faith along logical thinking to help people sustain realistic self-acceptance while giving intentional self-compassion.
I am drawn to psychology because it offers a way to make sense of human experience in a structured yet deeply personal way. I value effective communication as an art because it allows people to express themselves clearly, reduce misunderstandings, and build stronger emotional connections. I use psychological principles to better understand both my own behavior and the behavior of others, which helps create more awareness, empathy, and intentional responses in relationships and daily life.
I also believe that combining faith with logical thinking can support a more grounded approach to personal growth. This balance allows individuals to hold onto meaning and hope while still engaging in realistic, rational reflection. Through this integration, people can develop a sense of self-acceptance that is honest and sustainable, while also practicing intentional self-compassion that encourages growth without self-judgment.
I am a compassionate, open-minded therapist with six years of clinical experience in Texas and recent practice in Colorado. There is a way out. Those who come to see me are often at a crossroads, frustrated at how they are trying to deal with problems and seeking workable strategies and solutions to cope. Therapy is meant to be a space to feel welcome to talk about thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are problematic. Understanding unhealthy behaviors, frustrations with life, and/or unsuccessful efforts to cope can help reveal the obstacles that may block your path to growth and desired outcomes.
I have over 15 years experience providing therapy and case management including in the areas of: Couples counseling; Anxiety issues; Medical and chronic pain issues; Phobias; Eating disorders and body image challenges; Post-residential and outpatient maintenance therapy for continued abstinence and sobriety from substance use and eating disorders; Fertility and conception issues; LGBTQ and gender concerns; and Couples counseling (without legal involvement).
I am distinguished by my training in Strengths Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Freedom "Tapping" technique, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Care. I am licensed in CA, ID, VA, FL, TX, NJ, WA, and UT.

If you're living with a serious illness, caring for someone who is, or navigating a loss that has changed everything — you already know that the hardest part isn't always the medical reality. It's the fear that doesn't leave. The exhaustion of staying strong. The feeling that you should be "over it" by now, but aren't.
I've been there. After recovering from my own serious illness, I found my way back to myself — and that experience is at the heart of everything I bring to this work.
For years I've specialized in supporting people navigating cancer, serious illness, and profound loss — and for the past several years I've been doing that work through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps your brain reprocess painful memories and images without requiring you to relive them out loud. Many clients experience significant relief in just one to three sessions.
You don't have to keep managing fear. There's a way through it.
My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling lighter — not just heard, but actually shifted.

I work with high-functioning adults who look like they have it together and are quietly running on empty — people whose competence has become the thing they hide behind. If you hold yourself to standards nobody else could meet, if your worth feels like something you have to earn, if you can't rest without guilt, we'll likely work well together.
My foundation is TEAM-CBT, an evidence-based approach I hold Level 3 Advanced certification in through the Feeling Good Institute, and I train regularly with the Beck Institute. It gives our work real structure and proven tools. But symptoms usually rest on something older — beliefs about what you have to be in order to be worth something, patterns in how you relate, things you've learned to think your way around instead of feel. So we don't stop at coping strategies. We work toward what's underneath.
I see clients virtually across Virginia, Florida, and Texas.
