I provide Telehealth therapy in Michigan and Texas. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with stress, life transitions, or concerns related to mental health or substance abuse. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and begin moving forward with clarity and confidence. I aim to make the process simple, supportive, and easy to get started. I provide mental health and substance use evaluations for court, legal, or personal needs.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a space for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what led you to reach out, what you've been experiencing, and what kind of support you're looking for. I may ask some questions to better understand your background, but there's no expectation to share everything right away. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard from the start.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in substance use and mental health disorders. I provide professional, objective assessments in a respectful nonjudgmental environment, especially in situations involving court or legal requirements. I am dedicated to providing a space where authenticity is welcomed and empowerment is the goal. My work is rooted in respect, clarity, and helping you move forward with confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults who are navigating stress, emotional challenges, and concerns related to substance use. Many of my clients are looking to better understand their patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Many of the individuals I support feel stuck or overwhelmed and are looking for space where they can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CNT) to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and work toward building healthier ways of thinking and responding to life's challenges.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support clients in exploring their own reasons for change. Rather than pushing or judging, I work with you to understand your goals, strengthen your motivation, and build confidence in making meaningful changes at your own pace.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use a trauma-informed approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients understand how past experiences maybe impacting their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work toward building a safety, coping skills, and a sense of control.

Strength-Based

I take strengths-based approach, meaning we focus on your existing strengths, resilience, and abilities while working through challenges. Together, we build on what's already within you to support growth and meaningful change.

Gestalt

I incorporate Gestalt Therapy techniques to support present-moment awareness and deeper self-understanding. This allows us to explore patterns as they show up in real time, helping you gain insight and make more intentional, empowered choices.
