I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. My counseling approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am a firm believer that thoughts drive our actions. If we effectively manage our thoughts, our desired outcome will manifest in our actions. I am passionate about establishing a therapeutic relationship with my clients that is mutually beneficial and welcoming.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with a wide variety of Clients suffering with acute psychosis to life transitions, for several years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Life is comprised of seasons. Seasons are the results of changes that may be welcomed, unexpected, exciting and/or life altering. How we walk through the seasons of life is key. As I walk with individuals in their seasons, my focus is to counsel, affirm, pray, and support. The goal is that my clients reach their personal level of wholeness. I am enthusiastic about connecting with my clients and allowing them to express their feelings, fears, hopes and dreams in an environment free from judgement and filled with compassion.
