I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where meaningful growth can occur.
My goal is not only to help clients feel heard, but also to provide practical tools and strategies that can be used in everyday life. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward creating lasting positive change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy traveling, attending live music events and art festivals, spending time in nature, with my dogs, and my family. I believe maintaining balance, connection, and meaningful experiences is an important part of overall well-being, and I encourage clients to discover what brings fulfillment and joy to their own lives.
I have been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for 25 years. I love helping people see their own potential in challenging times. I provide compassion, understanding and tools that help people reach the best version of themselves. I have both personal and professional experience that can guide anyone in the direction they want. As a Christian LMFT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe healthy growing lives can happen when clinical skill and biblical truth work hand in hand. I integrate Scripture and prayer with evidence-based methods to help individuals and couples find lasting change, not just symptom relief.
I work with adults 21 and older, individuals and couples, who want a therapist who won't ask them to leave their faith at the door. Whether you're navigating a marriage in crisis, grieving a loss, learning to live well with ADHD or autism, or carrying the weight of trauma, I'll walk that road with you - grounded in the truth that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14) and that healing is part of God's redemptive work in us.
My Approach
I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks —always through a biblical lens. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust God rather than lean only on our own understanding, and I hold that as a guide for my work: I bring the clinical tools and build a therapeutic relationship, and trust God with the outcome. Sessions may include Scripture, prayer, or biblical reflection when welcomed, but the goal is always the same — helping you move toward healing and wholeness in your relationships. If you’re looking for a therapist who takes both your mental health and your faith seriously, I look forward to supporting you.
