(she/her)
Hi, I’m Charity. Taking that first step toward therapy is brave, and I’m here to help. With 12 years of experience in mental health, military and medical care, I use practical tools like CBT to help you manage stress. My goal is to create a compassionate, safe space where you feel heard and fully empowered to make meaningful life changes.
Our first session is a warm, low-pressure space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, explore your goals, and answer any questions you have about the process. My priority is making sure you feel heard and comfortable as we start building a plan that works for you.
I bridge the gap between compassionate support and evidence-based results. Drawing on 12 years of experience in mental health, I provide more than just a listening ear—I offer practical CBT tools you can use immediately. I’m known for creating a safe, non-judgmental space where therapy is tailored specifically to your unique story and goals.
I work best with adults and families who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are motivated to understand themselves more deeply, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen their relationships. Whether you’re seeking support through a crisis, managing ongoing mental health concerns, or striving for personal growth, I provide a compassionate, structured space to help you move toward stability, resilience, and lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and create lasting change. My approach is practical and goal‑oriented, supporting clients in building resilience and confidence.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
My approach is solution-focused, meaning I help clients focus on what is possible rather than staying stuck in the problem. Together, we identify strengths, past successes, and practical steps that can move life in a more positive direction. I work collaboratively with clients to develop realistic strategies that build confidence, improve coping, and create lasting change.
