I enjoy getting to know my clients and being an added support to their journey. I have worked with active duty military and their families, adolescents and teens in the school system, incarcerated individuals and helped reintegrate back into civilian life, and now, where I work in private practice with families looking to reconnect with their spouses, children and on an individual basis as well. This at times takes a deeper look at how to work through emotions that cause barriers to our success. I help clients connect with their inner thoughts and emotions to communicate more effectively.
