I am a strengths-based and client-centered therapist that believes my role as a therapist is to provide unwavering support for my clients. I am experienced in working with clients who present with mood disorders, depression, panic and anxiety, neurodiversity, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and other mental health issues. I have 5+ years of experience working with diverse populations which includes Teens 13+, Young Adults, and Active-Duty Military Personnel. I am also a credentialed Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and Qualified RCSWI Supervisor.

I am in real life the same person you will encounter in session. I pride myself on being an authentic human and feel that my clients connect with me because of my warm and authentic approach.

I work with college students a lot and people in their 20's. Prefer to work with women and I do not like working with men in the military. clients who are reliable and ready to be held accountable.
