About me

As a military daughter, sister, and granddaughter, I have experienced firsthand the unique challenges that come with military life. My family was stationed at Fort Stewart before we settled in Statesboro. I went on to complete my undergraduate degree in Child Psychology at Kaplan University and earned my Master's in Counseling from Wake Forest University. Since 2016, I have dedicated my career to working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I achieved my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2021. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I specialize in addressing issues such as depression, ADHD, stress, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, children's mental/behavioral health, military and veteran support, family relationships, grief and bereavement, anxiety, and anger management. When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative approach. I strive to understand each client's unique story and work together to develop personalized strategies that promote healing and growth. Whether you are dealing with stress, navigating family dynamics, or seeking support for yourself, your child or teen, I am here to help.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I value the importance of family and community, and I bring these values into my practice. I believe in the power of connection and the strength that comes from supportive relationships.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients that struggle with finding solutions or are seeking coping skills to manage parts of their lives that are difficult. Whether it’s reducing stress, anxiety, depression or improving their family interactions, seeing their success by processing what hasn’t worked and finding new ways to solve the problem reminds me there are endless solutions to reach their goals.
