Hello! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) I received my Master’s from Troy University. I have a passion for helping adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma become the best versions of themselves. I have 15 plus years of experience working in the mental health field and I’ve been a licensed therapist for 2 years. have worked with a variety of populations and mental health issues.
Hi! My name is Noor. I am warm, empathic, perceptive, and wise. I have worked with a diverse range of clients for over half a decade, helping them each to find a pathway towards healing and wholeness. For each person, this has looked different, whether it's processing deep heartbreak, learning to forgive one's self or another, overcoming depression or anxiety, discovering one's core sense of worth, unearthing a buried sense of power, learning to say “No”, finding one's voice (again), upgrading to healthy coping mechanisms, healing from trauma (moderate or mild), or transcending self-sabotage. We each have our own afflictions and unique "cross to bear”, and I can help you feel less alone in holding yours. Specifically, I specialize in supporting clients struggling with worth, grief, belonging, feeling "othered", emptiness, assertiveness, relationship & communication challenges, religious or God wounds, spiritual bypass, burnout & soul weariness, managing chronic health issues, and inner child work. I attune to each client's individual needs and personalize my service to meet you exactly where you are. My approach is human and relational and feels inviting rather than clinical or formulaic. My orientation considers the whole mind-body-spirit connection as well as the emotions. Also, I carry a depathologizing lens. I do not see anyone as beyond repair or as a “lost cause”. I see all people as having access to inherent wellbeing and wholeness.
As a Florida native based in Pensacola, I primarily offer online therapy sessions, with a focus on evening and weekend availability. I understand that these times often provide greater convenience for clients balancing busy schedules, and I am committed to working flexibly to find a session time that best suits your needs.
With over 18 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds. My practice is dedicated to providing caring, effective, and solution-focused therapy to those navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship complexities, chronic conditions, and significant life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a blend of Rogerian (person-centered) principles and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, I integrate clinical hypnosis (when appropriate) and mindfulness practices to foster deeper insight and facilitate positive, lasting change. My aim is to weave these powerful techniques into a seamless, purposeful conversation, tailored specifically to your journey.
Through our collaborative work, we will clearly define your personal goals, identify the most effective strategies for your unique situation, and reinforce new skills to ensure the changes you make are sustainable and deeply integrated into your life.

My career has taken me across the U.S. and abroad—including New York City, California, and Dublin, Ireland—giving me a broad perspective on the many ways people navigate life’s challenges.

In particular, I help clients process and heal from the emotional trauma that often accompanies relationships impacted by these dynamics.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. Whether you are seeking support around identity, relationships, or recovery from difficult past experiences, I provide a safe and affirming space where growth and healing are possible.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in activities that keep me grounded and creative. I love traveling and exploring new places, tending to my garden, playing the piano, working out, and cooking. I also have a passion for interior design and creating welcoming spaces. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family, friends, and my dog, Batman, who always manages to bring a smile to my day.

My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.

As an athlete, a family man, and a man of faith, I understand the challenges with adjusting to change associated with leaving a sport or career, you love, before you believe your time is up. I understand what it feels like to develop a bond and the challenges with sustaining such bonds. I also understand seeking growth spiritually when there’s so much temptation and triggers that seem to pull me away for my goals. With that, these experiences are what hopefully keep me humble, motivated, and grateful.

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud Army veteran. My time in the military taught me resilience, discipline, and how to face challenges head on and I bring that same mindset into my work as a therapist. I understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and my goal is to honor that step by providing a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with adults and fellow veterans navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, helping them find tools that create real change in everyday life.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida. I'm experienced working with individuals, groups, couples and families. When working with an individual, couple or family I assess and addresses the entire family history, the sum of its parts, and not simply the individuals that comprise it. The distress or problem that originated may not solely be within an individual but a natural reaction to a family dynamic that creates the distress. By using Family Systems Theory I'm able to help the Client have a deeper awareness of their personal conflicts, how to resolve them, and live a more fulfilling life without addictions.
I have a Bachelor’s from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Im experienced working with Adolescents, LGBTQ+ Community, HIV/AIDS, Domestic Violence, Sex and Love Addiction, and 12 Step Recovery.
Hello, I’m A.J., a Licensed Master Level Social Worker from the U.P. of Michigan. Faith, Family, and Fellowship are things that I strive to live for daily. My faith is very important to me. I am involved in Men’s Ministry inside and outside of my church. Haggai 2:9 is a verse that is close to my family's heart: “The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house, says the Lord Almighty, in this place I will grant peace, declares the Lord Almighty.” My goal and prayer is that I can help individuals move into a better place than they were when therapy first began. My wife and I have three boys and one grandson. Our family enjoys spending time outside on our 20-acre property “Creation Acres” or getting away camping. My boys and I enjoy spending time in the woods or on the lake.
I graduated from Ferris State University in 2018 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work after attending Lake Superior State University completing Criminal Justice / Public Safety Emphasis Bachelor’s Degree and a Paramedic Technology Associate’s Degree in 2008. I have experience working directly with law enforcement as a dispatcher and working in the public safety field as a fire fighter and as an EMT. I currently work for the Michigan Department of Corrections as a mental health specialist. Prior to this career, I worked for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services as a foster care case manager and a juvenile justice / juvenile delinquency case manager.
I look forward to working with you during your journey.
NOTICE – Due to my current position with the Michigan Department of Corrections, I am unable to accept referrals or work with anyone on parole or probation.
Hello and thank you for checking out my profile and considering me in your current journey. My name is Jeff Moyer, licensed mental health therapist. I understand that therapy can be intimating and so I applaud you for taking this step in looking at options for support. My goal is to help change the perception of therapy and help clients see it as a positive way to support mental health, and just another way of developing one's health, just like with our physical health. I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about finding possible alternatives to support change in the areas that may be causing problems in our life. Thank you again for looking into ways to be more emotionally healthy, and I am here to help if you decide you would like to get started.

I specialize in supporting men navigating stress, relationships, divorce, or pressures to “hold it all together,” including struggles with addictions like pornography or substance use. Together, we focus on building resilience, improving relationships, and creating balance and fulfillment.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve tried it before, my goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you can gain insight, practice new skills, and make meaningful changes in your life.

Hi,
I’m Juan Martell, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience guiding people through life’s complexities. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics; blending evidence-based techniques with a deeply personalized approach.
I value empathy, curiosity, and honesty above all else. I've always been fascinated by peoples stories and have spent years- both in and out of the therapy room- learning how to listen deeply and meet others where theyre are. I bring a warm, down to earth energy to our sessions, shaped by my own experiences navigating lifes up and downs, which I draw on to connect with you authentically.
I'm committed to showing up fully present, nonjudgemental, and dedicated to your growth, with a belief that everyone has the capacity to find their own strength and meaning, no matter their starting point.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, and panic that often emerge during major life transitions—whether related to relationships, academics, career, or health. These changes can create financial stress, relationship strain, family conflict, or professional setbacks. I am committed to equipping clients with practical, effective tools to manage these challenges and move forward with confidence and clarity. My goal is to support you in building a purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling life. To enhance accessibility, I offer evening Telehealth sessions.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with holistic practices such as art therapy, mindfulness meditation, yoga, and journaling. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I strive to provide compassionate, supportive guidance while empowering you to unlock your inner strengths. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I would be honored to work alongside you.
My individualized and pro-active approach helps create a supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable addressing life’s challenges through a strength based, solution focused and change oriented approach. It also helps people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds develop self-awareness, self-confidence and see life from a different perspective in order for them to believe in themselves and cope effectively with emotional, behavioral and stress-related problems. My therapeutic approach involves understanding how the patient’s past impacts their current level of functioning and then through this self-awareness, help them make healthier decisions today in order to reach their full potential and live mentally, physically and spiritually healthier lives.

Daniel Ivey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Clinical Chaplain holding two Master's Degrees who truly cares about people. Coming from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy framework and his experience also as a spiritual leader, he helps people CONNECT again with their Self, Relationships, and Spiritual sense of purpose within their unique destiny and purpose in life. Whether it is a major mental illness or a major life issue or relationship struggle, Daniel seeks to bring things back together in an orderly fashion that leads again to wholeness and fullness of life.
As a natural born healer and counselor, Daniel started noticing in childhood that people just felt comfortable opening up their lives to him. His older brother Randall explained to him, "Daniel, it's because they can tell you really care." So he's been a life long learner of how to help people best, with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and Master in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida, along with 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education and a "Mini-MBA" certificate from Rollins College.
Daniel specializes in relationships, crisis, trauma and veterans issues, bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, spirituality in counseling, grief, career counseling, personality theory, along with anxiety and depression.
I've been in the behavioral health field since 1999 and practiced as a therapist since 2006. I'm trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and strengths-based in my approaches. I am EMDR certified and specialize in: anxiety, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence. I'm also the parent of an autistic teen, so I know first-hand the challenges parents go through in trying to do what's best for their child and not always knowing what that is.
